Do you ship club prints outside of the United States?

The Goodness to Your Door Print Club is just starting off, and we are launching domestically first! We have hopes to broaden the club to international customers so please check back in the coming months!

How can I change my address, email, or billing?

You can adjust any of these by logging in to your account here. Simply click on the person icon in the upper right corner, and login. You'll be able to change any of these fields yourself within the portal. If you run into any problems, please email us at info@theresgoodinstore.com.

When will my print arrive? How can I track it?

The Goodness to Your Door Print Club is mailed in an A7 envelope with a standard postage stamp to reduce costs. Because of this, we don't track print club orders.

Goodness to Your Door orders are sent off mid-month (typically 17-22). You can check the site here for the official ship date each month. Please allow for seven business days after your fulfillment email for U.S. orders to arrive.

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. If your order is damaged or incorrect in some way, please email info@theresgoodinstore with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll help you out.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final with the Goodness to Your Door Print Club. Prints are made to order, so we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

I've missed a month or two, and I want to catch up. Can I purchase past prints?

Yes, you can head to our print page and select. Keep in mind, prints are priced higher after the subscription month, and the best deal is a yearly subscription!
